A WWE star will reportedly ‘probably’ be fired after being written off TV following allegations made against them.
Former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Drew Gulak had recently been a part of the No Quarter Catch Crew on NXT television, with he, Charlie Dempsey, Damon Kemp and Myles Borne serving as the NXT Heritage Cup Champion under the ‘Catch Clause’.
Ronda Rousey recently spoke about a backstage interaction she had with Gulak during her time in the company, making an accusation of misconduct against him in a rather public manner.
Gulak has not appeared on WWE television since then, and he was seemingly written off television on this week’s episode of NXT.
On the show, the No Quarter Catch Crew confronted Tony D’Angelo and his family, saying that they had the Family ‘take care of one of their own’, with the implication being that it was Gulak without his name being mentioned.
Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer provided an update on his status, noting that he doesn’t know that Gulak has been fired yet, but people in the company believe he ‘probably’ will be.
He said:
“What I was told was that the witnesses were not conclusive, it was one person’s word against the other, but Gulak was bad publicity, so he got whacked.
“I don’t know that he’s been fired, but when I ask, it’s like, if he hasn’t been he probably will be. It’s not looking good for him, let’s put it that way.”

We will provide any updates on Gulak’s status as they become available.
