A WWE star has posted to social media to reflect on what was a ‘surreal’ moment from a recent event this week.
Competing on WWE Main Event which is taped prior to Monday Night Raw, NXT’s Tavion Heights received his first taste of the company’s main roster.
While Heights would be defeated by Apollo Crews on the night, the experience alone was clearly enough for the 26-year-old.
Taking to Twitter, Heights posted two images standing in front of the Monday Night Raw logo backstage, one before his match and another afterwards, saying:
Monday…..Night……RAW was SURREAL
Since debuting for WWE in November 2022, Heights has only featured on NXT Level Up, dark matches, or on the NXT live event circuit, meaning this appearance on Main Event was a big opportunity for the former US Olympian wrestler.
Interestingly Heights’ bout was solely produced by former WWE star Bobby Roode, who has been working in the backstage role since SummerSlam in August.
