The Knockouts TV Championship has been added to the women’s roster over in TNA Wrestling, with a tournament set to start on this week’s episode of Impact.

Now, courtesy of TNA Wrestling’s Twitter account, the full bracket has been revealed, including a number of WWE stars, in a post reading:

Should Choo defeat Elayna Black and Hail beat Harley Hudson, the pair would face off in the semifinals.

A New Singles Championship In TNA Wrestling

Compared to WWE and AEW, TNA Wrestling has a slender range of championships across the men’s and women’s roster.

When it comes to singles titles, there are three in contention for the men in the form of the TNA World Championship, International Championship and X Division Championship. Beyond this, there’s the TNA World Tag Team Championship.

For the women’s roster, up until Slammiversary, there’s been the Knockouts World Championship as the sole singles title since its introduction in October 2007, along with the Knockouts World Tag Team Championship, introduced in August 2009.

Rosemary & Allie, collectively known as DemonXBunny, defeated The Elegance Brand (Heather & M by Elegance) at Slammiversary to become TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions. Rosemary will face M By Elegance, while Heather By Elegance takes on Allie, no doubt furthering their rivalry.

The Knockouts World Championship also changed hands at Slammiversary, with Xia Brookside defeating Lei Ying Lee.

For TNA Wrestling, an additional championship is unlikely to be seen as one too many.
