Find out who will face Seth Rollins in the final of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament at Night of Champions.
After the main event on tonight’s WWE SmackDown (May 12) fans now know who will be in the final of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament at Night of Champions.
After AJ Styles and Bobby Lashley bested their respective opponents in a pair of three-way matches to kick off the show, they faced off in the main event.
While earlier in the show included a tease that it could possibly be Styles night as one former NXT star was set to have an interview segment with the main event’s winner next week, it did come to be.
AJ Styles beat Bobby Lashley to move on to the final of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at the WWE premium live event, Night of Champions.
Earlier in the night, some fans were surprised that Edge did not advance in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament, despite his recent emotional comments on social media that led many to believe that would be the case.
