Saudi Arabia is reportedly set to be officially announced as the host of WWE WrestleMania 43.
According to PWInsider’s Mike Johnson, a press release was issued in Arabic earlier today which announced that Saudi Arabia would be hosting the 2027 Premium Live Event.
However, this announcement was pulled shortly thereafter, with its release said to be accidental.
PWInsider has confirmed that the news is “100% legitimate”, and an official announcement will be coming “very soon”.
This will mark the very first time WrestleMania will be hosted internationally in its history and come over a year after Saudi Arabia host the first-ever international Royal Rumble PLE in 2026.
Saudi Arabia and WWE entered 10-year partnership in 2018, one that has seen the country host two WWE PLEs per year since 2018.
That has not been the case in 2025 however, with May’s Night of Champions being the only Saudi PLE planned for the year. As a result of this, three PLEs are coming to Saudi Arabia in 2026.
It’s not clear when exactly WrestleMania 43 will take place, or which venue in Saudi Arabia it will be held, but we will provide further updates when official announcements are made.
