WWE Legend Mocks Zelina Vega’s ‘Little Cosplay Thing’

A WWE legend has mocked Zelina Vega over her “little cosplay thing” after she shared a promise about the Money in the Bank contracts.

The LWO are well represented at WWE Money in the Bank on July 1 at The O2 in London, England.

Santos Escobar will be making his presence felt in the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match that also features Ricochet, Shinsuke Nakamura, LA Knight, Butch, Damian Priest and Logan Paul.

Zelina Vega has set her sights on the briefcase in the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match with Becky Lynch, Zoey Stark, Bayley, Iyo Sky and Trish Stratus all wanting the women’s championship opportunity.

Trish Stratus didn’t take kindly to Vega’s belief that the contracts would be coming home to the LWO and has shared her thoughts on the statement on Twitter, writing:

“Well, you won’t be so you don’t have to worry about it, sweetie.

“I know you do your little cosplay thing and PRETEND to be characters and look at you now PRETENDING to be someone who might actually win a match when there’s @WWE’s GOAT in it. It’s cute.

“At least you’ll be able to say you were in a match with me as a career highlight now. #ThankYouTrish”

A recent career highlight for Vega came at WWE Backlash in Puerto Rico where she faced Rhea Ripley for the then-SmackDown Women’s Championship.

Vega’s love of cosplay and, in particular, anime is well known, with the WWE star previously recalling Vince McMahon’s reaction to the idea of Naruto.
