Young Bucks Going To WrestleMania?

The Young Bucks are arguably the greatest tag team to never have had a run in WWE, but could this be about to change?

The Raw tag team division has become increasingly stale since the turn of the year after injuries to Dean Ambrose and Jason Jordan saw the demise of two teams involving Seth Rollins. With The Revival still failing to reach the heights they achieved in NXT and The Club still trying to find their calling on the red brand, The Bar are standing alone at the top of the mountain without any legitimately threatening opposition.

This led Sheamus to tweet an open challenge to any team that wishes to compete with them at WrestleMania. The Bucks’ Nick Jackson then replied to the tweet implying that he and his brother Matt could make an appearance at ‘the Grandest Stage of Them All’.

This wouldn’t be the first time a team has made a surprise appearance at WrestleMania to compete for the titles, as The Hardy Boyz made their triumphant return to the company last year and won the belts in their trademark ladder match.

Coincidentally, the Hardys were defeated by the Young Bucks in a ladder match for the ROH Tag Team titles the previous night in what turned out to be their farewell match in the company. This certainly would bring things full circle if the Bucks followed a similar path, and would surely be up there with some of the biggest surprise debuts in the company’s history.

However, the possibility of this happening are quite slim. Matt and Nick Jackson are both currently signed with ROH/NJPW until the end of this year and are co-promoting self-financed super-show All In in September alongside their Bullet Club pals, so don’t get your hopes up too quickly.
