Due to the coronavirus pandemic WWE has had to reschedule its UK tour that was originally set to take place from May 3-8, 2020.
The event scheduled for the SSE Hydro in Glasgow has been rescheduled from May 3 to October 7. The arena writes:
WWE Live in Glasgow scheduled to take place at 5pm on Sunday, May 3, 2020 has been postponed and will now take place on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at the new time of 7.30pm. All tickets for the May 3 event remain valid for October 7. Ticketholders who cannot attend the new date should contact their point of purchase by May 15.
An episode of SmackDown TV was to be held in the O2 Arena in London on May 8, but that has been changed to October 9. Per the O2 Arena website:
WWE Friday Night SmackDown in London scheduled to take place on Friday, 8 May 2020 has been postponed and will now take place on Friday 9 October 2020. All tickets for the 8 May event remain valid for 9 October. Ticketholders who cannot attend the new date should contact their point of purchase by May 15.
The Utitlita Arena in Newcastle was to host an event on May 4, which has been rescheduled to April 30, 2021. The arena states:
WWE Live! due to take place at Utilita Arena Newcastle on Monday 4th May 2020 has been rescheduled to Friday 30th April 2021.
The Production team commented: “WWE Live in Newcastle scheduled to take place on Monday, May 4, 2020 has been postponed and will now take place on Friday, April 30, 2021. All tickets for the May 4 event remain valid for April 30, 2021. Ticketholders who cannot attend the new date should contact their point of purchase by May 15.”
The event for the creatively named Arena Birmingham, in, you guessed it, Birmingham, for May 5 has been moved to October 4. Arena Birmingham writes:
WWE Live in Birmingham scheduled to take place at 7.30pm on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 has been postponed and will now take place on Sunday, October 4, 2020 at the new time of 5pm. All tickets for the May 5 event remain valid for October 4. Ticketholders who cannot attend the new date should contact their point of purchase by May 15.
The FlyDSA Arena in Sheffield announced that the May 7 event has been moved to October 6, writing:
WWE Live in Sheffield scheduled to take place on Thursday, May 7, 2020 has been postponed and will now take place on Tuesday, October 6, 2020.
All tickets for the 7th May event (including any pre-booked parking) remain valid for 6th October.
Ticketholders who cannot attend the new date should contact their point of purchase by May 15.
And finally, the event set for Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena is now set for October 5, as stated here:
We’re sorry, this show has been rescheduled, but the good news is that it’s now on 5 October 2020.
If you’ve already got tickets, they’ll still be valid, so hang to them.
