A number of top AEW stars reportedly missed the latest set of TV tapings which are said to cover weeks and weeks worth of Dynamite and Dark.
MJF tweeted the following yesterday:
I wish I could put my body on the line more for you guys. I truly care so much about you being entertained during your hour of need. Unfortunately something awful has happened to me and it has gradually gotten worse. I can’t comment on what the issue is at this time.
Now as much as this is MJF and he’s known for never breaking character, Wrestling Inc is reporting that he was indeed one of the names not present. The report notes that this may or may not be tied to the tweet, it’s unclear.
MJF isn’t the only name that missed the tapings though according to the report. Others named were both Young Bucks, Adam Page, Nyla Rose, Pac, the Lucha Bros and Big Swole.
Confirmed for tomorrow’s episode of Dynamite is Jon Moxley vs. Jake Hager for the World Championship, Lance Archer vs. Colt Cabana in the TNT Title tournament, Kip Sabian vs. Chuck Taylor, and Sammy Guevara vs. Suge D.
WrestleTalk.com will continue to provide live coverage of Dynamite despite the shows being taped in advance as, as of yet, no results have leaked out, and probably aren’t going to.
