AEW Sets Up Huge Match For Revolution

All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has set up a huge match that is seemingly set to be added to the March 7 Revolution pay-per-view.

On last night’s AEW Awards show on TNT, Shaquille O’Neal called out Cody Rhodes for a match, something Rhodes responded to on Dynamite.

The way it played out was that Rhodes wasn’t sure about accepting now that he and wife Brandi have a baby on the way, but he definitely became convinced.

Rhodes’ coach Arn Anderson brought out Red Velvet, who challenged Shaq and Jade Cargill to a mixed tag team match.

It’s pretty clear that the initial plan was for Cody to team with Brandi, but obviously that can no longer happen with Brandi being pregnant.

The match has not yet been officially confirmed by AEW, and it looks like Shaq and Cargill will have to ‘accept the challenge’ before that happens.
