Former WWE star Mickie James, who was released by the company just over a week ago, took to Twitter yesterday to reveal she had been sent her belongings in a trash bag, sarcastically thanking Vince McMahon for his generosity.
WWE Talent Liaison Mark Carrano has since been sacked, with Stephanie McMahon and Triple H both publicly apologising to James for the treatment she received.
However, it seems the trash bag treatment is nothing new for WWE, as several former stars have revealed they were also sent trash bags full of their belongings after they were released.
Last year I got one too. https://t.co/LraFKUWWGo

Well I’m glad Hunter took initiative but it’s been happening since before I was there. Is it always the same person? At least they did something I suppose ♀️ https://t.co/lrTXx4gGay

Apparently I blamed the wrong person for my trash bag of ring gear over 10 years ago ♀️.. she’s not with the company anymore ♀️

According to reports, it was Carrano who authorised the trash bags being sent, but if it’s been happening for 10 years, then it’s hard to believe just one person is to blame.
