AEW’s newest recruit Mark Henry and NJPW’s Lio Rush have addressed their past issues after both were at Double Or Nothing on Sunday.
This all stems from an incident after Rush was released by WWE last year, and he claimed he wasn’t being paid enough to support his family while he was there.
Henry then seemed to suggest that Rush should have managed his money better, and then there followed a series of unsavory tweets and radio show comments from both.
Thankfully, it seems like, now that time’s passed, they managed to have a chat on Sunday and things are a bit better. Rush tweeted:
For those of you wondering….Yes me and Mark Henry had a long in depth conversation last night. Looking forward to the future.
Henry is signed with AEW as an analyst for the new Rampage show which debuts in August, while Rush is under contract with NJPW but can work AEW dates.
