Cody Rhodes To Make Special Announcement On AEW Dynamite

The future direction of Cody Rhodes may become clear this week as he will make a special announcement on AEW Dynamite.

It was revealed on Twitter today that Rhodes will appear alongside Tony Schiavone this week on Dynamite. He will make a special announcement, although it is currently unknown what this will be relating to.

AEW tweeted the following earlier today:

Cody Rhodes recently defeated Anthony Ogogo at Double or Nothing. However, Ogogo and QT Marshall were able to defeat Rhodes and Lee Johnson on the following episode of AEW Dynamite.

It is currently unclear whether the announcement will be about Rhodes’ rivalry with The Factory.

Cody’s wife Brandi is pregnant and is approaching her due date. This could be what the announcement is about, however, that is purely speculation.

This episode of AEW Dynamite will also feature a TNT Championship match between Miro and Evil Uno of the Dark Order.
