Several AEW Stars React To Hangman Page Shock Return

If you didn’t see last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite, then you will have missed the long-awaited return of Hangman Page, who was the joker in the Casino Battle Royale ladder match.

Page went on to win the match, and therefore earned himself a shot at the AEW World Championship, a belt currently held by former best friend Kenny Omega.

He was interviewed by Tony Schiavone after the match, but was unwilling to reveal when he would be challenging Omega for the belt. Instead, he said it was time to celebrate with a drink.

Page was also asked about the future of the Dark Order, and whether he had any plans to realign himself with the group. Again, he was unwilling to reveal too much, but said he would be speaking with the Dark Order in due course.

Unsurprisingly, wrestling Twitter was thrilled to see Page return, and it wasn’t just the fans who were happy to see the Cowboy back in the ring.

Several members of the Dark Order were very happy, and even CM Punk got his reaction in.

Page had been out for several weeks due to the birth of his first child, but it’s great to see him back in the ring where he belongs.
