New Japan Pro Wrestling has teased a new project covering AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
On June 26, AEW and NJPW partnered for their first co-promoted pay-per-view event, Forbidden Door, from the United Center in Chicago.
New Japan Pro Wrestling released a teaser with never-before-seen footage from the unforgettable event.

The upcoming documentary will provide a behind-the-scenes look as well as interviews from AEW and NJPW talents.
The stars listed to appear were Hiroshi Tanahashi, Chris Jericho, Sting, William Regal, Shingo Takagi, Tony Schiavone and more. There is currently no announced date for the documentary, but it will be available on NJPW World.
AEW President Tony Khan has lauded the commercial and critical success of the Forbidden Door event, while NJPW President Takami Obhari has expressed his desire to run a future co-promoted show in Japan.
Khan has recently expressed his future plans for “Forbidden Door” events in an interview.
