WWE 2K23 Officially Confirmed, Release Date Window Revealed? WWE

WWE 2K23 has now been officially confirmed by 2K, with a release date window for the game possibly revealed.

The parent company of 2K Sports, Take Two Interactive, reported on its financial results for the first fiscal quarter of 2023 on Monday (August 8).

The release touted WWE 2K22 as one of the largest contributors to the company’s successful quarter, which saw a 41% increase in net bookings.

It was also officially announced that WWE 2K23 is in the works, with the title being listed for a release in fiscal 2023.

Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics pointed out that Take-Two Interactive’s fiscal year ends on March 31, meaning that the next WWE 2K release will hit shelves before then.

WWE 2K22 was released on March 8, so it would make sense if the next game in the series dropped in Spring 2023, one year later.

Previous WWE 2K games have been released in the Fall, so it is possible (but unlikely) that WWE 2K23 could be available before the holidays.

AEW recently shared a teaser  and shared new screenshots from its ‘Fight Forever’ console game from THQ Nordic and Yukes. Check out the list of stars confirmed for the game right here.
