Jade Cargill has revealed her goals outside of wrestling.
At AEW Double Or Nothing 2023, Kris Statlander returned to defeat Jade Cargill and win the TBS Championship.
This win ended the 60-match winning streak for Cargill and led to her absence from AEW programming for the next three months.
Speaking with Women’s Wrestling Talk, Cargill revealed what her goals are for outside of wrestling. Mentioning acting and being part of Marvel, she said:
“Well, after I become a great, I want to segue into acting. I really want to be in Marvel.”
“I’m here right now doing the French Montana music video, and that’s just me getting into acting and getting comfortable with these different roles.”
“Marvel, holler at me, I want to be Storm so damn bad, my entire career and aesthetic for AEW is literally Storm, literally. I’m a strong black woman and I take no crap from anyone.”
“I know myself and I control the weather, when I’m in the ring, I control the audience. I get them to stand up, I get them to cheer, I get them to boo me. You can find nobody better.”
On the September 9 edition of AEW Collision, Jade Cargill made her highly anticipated return by laying out TBS Champion Kris Statlander and The Renegades.
As previously reported, a former AEW star has issued a statement regarding their departure from the company.
