A top WWE star has been challenged to a match in a TNA Wrestling ring by a current champion in the company.
Ranking high among the surprise moments from the 2024 WWE Royal Rumble, was the appearance of current TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace at the number five spot of the 30 woman Rumble match.
Grace’s appearance, along with the returning Naomi; who had recently competed against Grace in a series of matches in TNA, was a surreal moment to say the least and one that caused Grace to post on Twitter in reflection of it.
Saying she was “overwhelmed” by the support following the appearance, Grace would also curiously throw out what seemed to be a challenge to the star who eliminated her from the match – Bianca Belair.
Grace said:
Words couldn’t do my feelings justice about any of this. Overwhelmed by the love.
That being said, this would never happen on my home turf, @BiancaBelairWWE.
It was reported by Fightful Select that WWE had reached out to TNA the week prior to the Rumble event, with TNA giving Grace their blessing for her appearance.
It remains to be seen whether Grace’s appearance will lead to any more work between WWE and TNA, however, according to WWE sources both TNA and Grace were easy to work with; so perhaps there is a possibility.

Triple H also commented on the appearance of Grace at the Rumble, in a comment that threw some shade at AEW – click here for full details.
