A big free agent has commented on officially signing a contract with TNA Wrestling ahead of the upcoming Sacrifice pay-per-view.
There have been a lot of free agents in the wrestling world in 2024 already, including Will Ospreay, Kazuchika Okada, Mercedes Mone and more.
One other name who was on the free agent market was former MLW World Champion Alex Hammerstone, who many had been speculating could land in WWE or AEW.
However, Hammerstone was in action at TNA’s Hard to Kill pay-per-view, where he faced off against Josh Alexander in a singles match.
Yesterday, TNA announced the rematch between Hammerstone and Alexander for the upcoming Sacrifice event, but also another big announcement.
TNA also announced that Alex Hammerstone had officially signed with the company.
Hammerstone commented on his signing with the company, simply saying:
Time to get to work.
TNA Sacrifice is also set to see Nic Nemeth’s first pay-per-view match in TNA, when he faces off with Steve Maclin.
Former WWE star Mustafa Ali also captured the TNA X-Division Championship in the company.
Time to get to work. 😁 https://t.co/XeVsPN641l
