A member of Cody Rhodes’ family has commented on The Rock’s recent actions towards Cody on WWE television.
The Rock has been running his mouth about Cody Rhodes and his family since the WrestleMania 40 Kickoff show in February 2024.
The March 15 episode of WWE SmackDown saw The Rock performed a special concert in which he took shots at both Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.
Having described the American Nightmare as a “mistake” for his parents, The Rock has attracted the attention of AEW’s Dustin Rhodes, himself a former WWE star, who made a sweary comment in a video on social media.
As can be seen in the video below, Rhodes talks about the Rhodes Wrestling Academy 10th Showcase show but saves his message to The Rock until the very end, saying:
“F**k The Rock.”
With The Rock using profane language on WWE television, a recent report has revealed that FOX is aware of what is going to be said ahead of time.
On April 6 at WrestleMania 40 Night 1, The Rock and Roman Reigns will team up as The Bloodline to face Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.
A Rhodes/Rollins victory would see The Bloodline barred from ringside on Night 2 for Reigns vs Rhodes.
If Reigns/The Rock win, however, the match for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship would be found under Bloodline Rules.
This is the opening to #RWA's 10th Showcase that airs this Sunday on RWA's @YouTube page.
Very special message at the end!#prowrestling #RWA
