WWE
WWE has had several stars build reputations as Legend Killers over the years, with Randy Orton adopting the title early in his career.
More recently, GUNTHER established himself as the Career Killer after retiring Goldberg, John Cena and AJ Styles.
While there has been some speculation about the Ring General potentially retiring more stars, there are other names on the roster who we could soon see put away other legendary names for good.
Here are three more WWE stars who could face wrestling legends in their retirement matches.
Blake Monroe
During an interview with Emily Mae in August, Blake Monroe addressed the possibility of a match against Trish Stratus by stating that if there’s ever going to be a female Legend Killer in WWE, it’ll be her.
Monroe pitched to be the final opponent of a number of stars including Stratus, the Bella Twins and Paige, all stars who have indicated that they are in the tail-ends of their WWE careers.
While WWE has had GUNTHER and Randy Orton in the men’s division, it would be refreshing to see this Legend Killer concept make its way to the women’s division, and as shown throughout her runs in AEW and NXT, Blake Monroe is more than capable of showing her savage side.
Blake Monroe isn’t the only star who Trish Stratus could face in a retirement match, however…
Rhea Ripley
When asked about her dream matches during an interview with Chris Van Vliet, Trish Stratus reacted to a number of pitches from the live audience.
One pitched opponent caught the attention of of Stratus in particular was Rhea Ripley, who Stratus stated she wanted to fight.
With Rhea Ripley currently recovering from a knee injury, and Stratus stating that she’ll only return to the ring if the timing and opportunity both work for her, it may be a while before we see this bout, but if it happens, it’ll be worth the wait.
Trish Stratus last wrestled at Evolution in July 2025, unsuccessfully challenging for Tiffany Stratton‘s WWE Women’s Championship.
Trick Williams
Trick Williams has called Booker T his dream opponent on numerous occasions, even pitching to be the Hall of Famer’s final opponent.
While the NXT commentator has responded to Williams’ comments in the past, speculation about this potential match picked up following Booker T recently teasing that he could once again lace up his boots.
Booker T’s last WWE in-ring outing was during the 2023 Royal Rumble match, but the legend has since stepped back into the ring for Reality of Wrestling, defeating Zilla Fatu in January 2025.
There are plenty of stars who Booker T could face if he decided to return to the ring, and Trick Williams would be high on that list.
