6. Ember Moon

My first and last female of this list. Yes, Jax should be back down in developmental due to how reckless she is in the ring. Dana Brooke and Alicia Fox should probably be back in the developmental brand to get better inside the squared circle as well and Asuka could go back down to NXT to reheat her character up, however I chose to just feature Ember Moon because she’s the one with strong main event potential in WWE.

I love Asuka, but Vince still hasn’t figured out how to use her properly. At the end of the day, she can’t cut 20-minute promos and while there are plenty of ways to push Asuka as the face of the women’s division, Vince wants what Vince wants. He doesn’t seem to understand how to push foreign talent unless they hate America and sadly I don’t see that changing soon.

Thus, Ember Moon is the brightest of the newcomers of the women’s division. I was never a fan of Moon being called up so early since her character was never established in the developmental brand. She has an amazing look and presentation that screams silent badass, however she ultimately comes across as a wrestler cosplaying as an anime character.

Moon just needs to define who she is first. While that can happen on the main roster, the woman has yet to even have her first feud on the flagship brand thus I don’t exactly trust Vince to give her a well defined character at the moment. Plus, with Ronda Rousey being the focus of the division, it most likely won’t happen anytime soon.
