3. A Friendlier Work Environment
When Stephanie McMahon was first made interim WWE CEO before Vince’s departure became permanent, the reaction from talent and people in the company was overwhelmingly positive.
Her husband Triple H – who, as well as being head of creative, is now WWE’s EVP of Talent Relations with John Laurinaitis seemingly gone too – has gotten a similar reaction for his return to the backstage fold.
It definitely seems like Triple H and Stephanie are more approachable than McMahon’s backstage crew of Laurinaitis, Dunn, Prichard, etc, so that should lead to better morale within the company.
