6 Changes To WWE After WrestleMania 42 WWE

WWE WrestleMania 42 has a stacked lineup of matches that will hold some major ramifications moving forward for the company.

Whether it be the results or certain actions by stars, there could be changes that take place for the entire promotion coming out of Las Vegas.

From new champions being crowned to returning talent, these changes will alter the direction of several names on the WWE roster in the near future.

Here are six potential changes to WWE after WrestleMania 42.

6. Rhea Ripley Officially Moves To Friday Night SmackDown

Rhea Ripley has scored wins against Jade Cargill’s allies B-Fab and Michin on SmackDown in recent weeks

At WrestleMania 42, Rhea Ripley will challenge Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Championship.

Over the weeks leading into Mania, Ripley has started to appear regularly on Friday Night SmackDown.

While she has been showing up on the blue brand, Ripley is still an official member of the Monday Night Raw roster.

However, that could all change if Rhea is able to overcome Jade to win the WWE Women’s Champion, which would see her become an active member of the SmackDown brand coming out of ‘The Show of Shows.’

5. Tama Tonga Turns On The MFTs

Tama Tonga urged Solo Sikoa to hand the Bray Wyatt lantern back to the Wyatt Sicks

As of late, Tama Tonga has shown some dissension with The MFTs faction.

The past several months have seen Tama start to stand on his own as a singles star and prove himself in one-on-one competition.

This has led to some disagreements with Solo Sikoa that might lead to another departure under his watch.

Tama Tonga deciding to turn on The MFTs could lead to a rivalry with his former leader in Sikoa coming out of this year’s WrestleMania 42 premium live event.

4. Bianca Belair Returns

Bianca Belair is one of only five women to main event WrestleMania

Following WrestleMania 41, Bianca Belair revealed that she had suffered a broken knuckle injury.

While many fans believed she would only be out of action for several months, it has been a year since the world has seen Belair inside the squared circle.

‘The EST of WWE’ has proven herself to be one of the biggest stars on the roster today and has been sorely missed over the past year.

Belair making a return to WWE should see her instantly become a top contender for championship gold and lead to some tantalizing matchups with all the differences to the roster recently.

3. Oba Femi Becomes The Newest Top Star

Oba Femi has physically overwhelmed Brock Lesnar in all of their confrontations leading up to WrestleMania

Over the weeks leading into WrestleMania 42, no one has been elevated higher up the card on the level of Oba Femi.

Stepping up to accept Brock Lesnar’s open challenge for WrestleMania 42, ‘The Ruler’ has shown the world that he is more than ready for the main event spotlight.

After weeks of standing up to ‘The Beast Incarnate,’ Femi is prepared for what should be the biggest match of his young career.

If he walks out of Mania with a victory over Brock, Oba will be launched into the stratosphere as the newest WWE top star moving forward.

2. Lower Ticket Prices For WWE Events

On the April 6 episode of Monday Night Raw, CM Punk cut his latest “Pipebomb” promo where he called out Pat McAfee and TKO, urging Ari Emanuel to “lower the ticket prices.”

Ticket pricing for WWE events has become a hot topic with the decreased sales for seats to the WrestleMania 42 two-night event in Las Vegas.

Following Punk’s promo, news started to circulate that WWE and TKO were discussing lowering the ticket prices for later this summer.

Coming off the heels of WrestleMania 42, fans might see a decrease in pricing that should help the quality of the crowds for WWE TV and PLEs in the months to come.

1. Randy Orton & Pat McAfee Start A TKO Faction

Pat McAfee has stated he will never appear on WWE TV again if Randy Orton loses at WrestleMania

Speaking of TKO, WWE’s parent company has become part of the storylines with Pat McAfee being revealed as Randy Orton’s mystery supporter in his feud with Cody Rhodes.

Over the past few weeks, Orton and McAfee have made Cody’s life a living hell and look to take the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 42.

Seeing as their goal is to save the wrestling business, McAfee and Orton could form their own TKO faction coming out of this year’s ‘Show of Shows.’

McAfee and Orton assembling stars who have been approved by TKO to lead this generation of WWE would be an interesting way to pay off the inclusion of the parent company in storylines following Mania.
