5. A Surprise Survivor Series Partner
Survivor Series is in roughly 5 and a half months, so it would really be a stretch for him to make the show given the usual rehab period for a torn pec, but that’s why I say Survivor Series specifically.
Cody would be a mystery fifth tag team partner for the babyface team, ideally against Seth Rollins’ team or maybe the Bloodline to set up a title feud.
He could stand on the apron for most of the match and barely get physical if he’s not entirely ready, due to the chaotic nature of the Survivor Series matches.
Then you have him on TV cutting promos until he is healthy, and Cody is back.
