LA Knight has been heavily featured on WWE Raw as of late with his ongoing issues with The Bloodline.

After being highlighted in recent weeks, it feels like Knight has a strong chance to be featured in a major match at the SummerSlam 2026 premium live event.

Whether it be challenging for the World Heavyweight Championship or rekindling a rivalry, “The Megastar” is expected to be involved in a significant program come WWE SummerSlam 2026 this August.

Here are six potential LA Knight WWE SummerSlam 2026 opponents.

6. Jey Uso

In recent weeks, LA Knight has found himself at odds with The Bloodline after being the most vocal star about their recent reunion.

Not wanting to see the group once again dominate, Knight has pointed out how The Bloodline operates as a unit.

This has led to some heated exchanges with Jey Uso, which feels like they are building to a big time match.

Uso facing Knight at WWE SummerSlam 2026 could make for a grudge match where Jey is given the mission to take out Knight once and for all.

5. Randy Orton

Following WrestleMania 42, Randy Orton has been absent from WWE television over the past two months.

“The Legend Killer” still remains as one of the biggest stars on the entire WWE roster today.

If Knight wants a spotlighted bout on the WWE SummerSlam 2026 card, he would be hard-pressed to find a better suited opponent than Randy Orton.

Orton colliding with Knight would make for an intriguing and fresh matchup that could be a showstealer at WWE SummerSlam 2026.

4. Brock Lesnar

LA Knight and Brock Lesnar were reportedly set for a clash at WWE WrestleMania 42 before plans were ultimately changed

For months, it has seemed like WWE was building to Brock Lesnar’s retirement match at SummerSlam 2026, which will take place in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

After teasing retirement at WrestleMania 42, it feels like SummerSlam 2026 will mark the end of Lesnar’s career.

While he is currently feuding with Oba Femi, WWE could easily change the course and have Lesnar face a new opponent.

Lesnar facing Knight would be a huge match for “The Megastar” and show just how much WWE values him.

3. CM Punk

In 2025, LA Knight made the move from Friday Night SmackDown to Monday Night Raw and looked to get his hands on the World Heavyweight Championship.

This led to Knight crossing paths with CM Punk and having several intense confrontations with one another.

Despite coming to blows on several occasions, Punk and Knight have not met each other in a singles meeting.

Knight challenging the returning Punk for WWE SummerSlam 2026 would make for a massive statement and show everyone that the company fully believes in “The Megastar.”

2. Jacob Fatu

At WWE Clash In Italy 2026, Roman Reigns defeated Jacob Fatu in a Tribal Combat Match to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.

Since then, “The Samoan Werewolf” acknowledged Reigns as his “Tribal Chief” and joined The Bloodline.

This means that Fatu will have to do some bidding for Reigns, which might include taking down LA Knight once and for all.

Fatu facing Knight in a WrestleMania 41 rematch would make for a tough test and one last hurdle to overcome on the way to a shot at Reigns’ World Heavyweight Championship.

1. Roman Reigns

It has seemed for months that LA Knight was laser focused on getting a shot at Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship.

“The OTC” has sent The Bloodline to address Knight’s disrespect so far, but this has not stopped “The Megastar” from insulting Reigns at every turn.

This will not stop until Reigns takes care of Knight one-on-one without any help from The Bloodline.

Needing to have respect beaten into him, Reigns will take it upon himself to face Knight for the World Heavyweight Championship to finally eliminate him as a threat.
