WWE is fast approaching the SummerSlam 2026 premium live event as this year is going by in a hurry.

Over the next few months, there will be several new champions crowned for nearly every title on the WWE main roster right now.

Whether it be in the coming weeks or waiting until WrestleMania 43 next year, the next champions for these titles is interesting to look at and see who can be in line for contending for gold sooner rather than later.

Here are our predictions for the next champion for every WWE title.

Undisputed WWE Championship: GUNTHER

Gunther is set for his rematch with Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship on this week’s SmackDown show

At WWE Clash In Italy 2026, Cody Rhodes defeated GUNTHER to retain the Undisputed WWE Championship.

This match did not end without some controversy due to GUNTHER having his foot underneath the ropes for the winning pinfall.

Thanks to this finish, “The Ring General” has earned another shot at the title against Rhodes on the June 19 episode of SmackDown with Sami Zayn as the special guest referee.

Whether it be on the upcoming SmackDown or at the WWE Night of Champions 2026 premium live event, it seems like GUNTHER will be crowned Undisputed WWE Champion before long.

WWE Women’s World Championship: Roxanne Perez

Roxanne Perez reigns as a two-time WWE NXT Women’s Champion and former Women’s Tag Team Champion during her WWE career

At WWE WrestleMania 42 Night One, Liv Morgan defeated Stephanie Vaquer to win the WWE Women’s World Championship.

Over the past few weeks, there has been some continued tension being shown between Morgan and her Judgment Day stablemate Roxanne Perez.

After seeing Finn Balor turned on by The Judgment Day, Perez has displayed some doubts in the family dynamic of her faction.

With all the focus on the interactions between these two as of late, it seems like the seeds are planted for Perez to finally have enough of Morgan’s leadership of The Judgment Day and turn on her to potentially win her title down the line.

WWE Women’s United States Championship: Jade Cargill

Jade Cargill’s reign as WWE Women’s Champion came to an end back at WrestleMania 42 in a defeat to Rhea Ripley

On the November 1, 2025 edition of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, Jade Cargill defeated Tiffany Stratton to win the WWE Women’s Championship.

Now all these months later, Stratton and Cargill find themselves at odds yet again after recent confrontations on Friday Night SmackDown.

After failing to regain the WWE Women’s Championship from Rhea Ripley and in the Queen of the Ring tournament, Cargill looks to have redirected her focus on new gold.

Cargill using the numbers advantage with Michin and B-Fab to beat Stratton for the Women’s US Title would be a nice change and give their group some credibility back after her recent losses.

WWE United States Championship: Ricky Saints

Ricky Saints made his WWE SmackDown debut against Cody Rhodes – just like he made his AEW debut

Trick Williams is the current WWE United States Champion, but there are a few stars gunning for his title.

On the June 19 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Carmelo Hayes will face Ricky Saints in their fourth meeting in the past two months.

While it might not happen in the next few weeks, it feels like Saints will be chasing his first championship on the WWE main roster win or loss.

Saints dethroning Trick somewhere down the line would be fitting considering their history from their time on WWE NXT and switch up the dynamics in the US Title picture.

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Chad Gable

Chad Gable has yet to capture a singles championship during his 10 year run on the WWE main roster

Following his loss against El Grande Americano in the Mask vs. Mask Match at AAA Noche de Los Grandes, Chad Gable has been on a redemption arc with apologies to various luchadors on the WWE roster.

The former Olympian is trying to make his amends and show that he has changed following his time under the mask.

After his recent interactions with Penta, it feels like Gable is a favorite to finally win his first singles title in WWE.

Gable dethroning Penta and finally beating the luchador after their first meeting sent him on his quest to discover lucha libre would be a logical conclusion to the arc he is currently on and giving him a meaningful milestone in his career.

WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship: Raquel Rodriguez

Raquel Rodriguez has won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles five times, but has yet to win a singles title on the main roster

At the WWE Clash In Italy 2026 premium live event, Sol Ruca defeated Becky Lynch to win the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.

Following this victory, it feels like Ruca should go on a lengthy run with the gold to further establish herself on the WWE main roster.

Eventually, Ruca will have to meet her match, which could come in the form of Raquel Rodriguez.

Considering the size advantage and added motivation to win her first singles title on the main roster, Rodriguez could be an overwhelming force that topples Ruca for the WWE Women’s IC Title.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship: Fatal Influence (Lainey Reid & Fallon Henley)

Fatal Influence have been targetting the Women’s Tag Team Championship since their arrival on the WWE main roster

Fatal Influence has become a force to be reckoned with on the Friday Night SmackDown women’s division since arriving on the April 24 episode following WrestleMania 42.

While Jacy Jayne has been focused on singles gold, Lainey Reid and Fallon Henley have been establishing themselves in the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship scene.

Despite suffering a non-title loss to Paige and Brie Bella on the June 12 episode of SmackDown, Fatal Influence still feel in the mix and could challenge for the titles sometime soon.

Thanks to their numbers advantage with Jayne by their side, Reid and Henley could take the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships from Paige and Brie to bring the titles to Fatal Influence, giving them more of the spotlight across all brands.

WWE Tag Team Championship: The MFTs (Tama & Talla Tonga)

Solo Sikoa and the MFTs are seemingly set to reignite their rivalry with the Bloodline following Clash In Italy

The MFTs have been focused on the WWE Tag Team Championships over the past few months.

After a few attacks on R-Truth and Damian Priest, The MFTs will finally get their rematch for the titles on the June 19 edition of WWE SmackDown.

Meanwhile, Solo Sikoa has been trying to convince Royce Keys to join forces with his faction and against Priest, who has shown his concerns over the new star’s allegiance and relationship with The MFTs.

Thanks to some involvement from Sikoa and Keys, Tama and Talla Tonga could have enough numbers to help them capture the WWE Tag Team Titles for The MFTs over Truth and Priest before long.

WWE World Tag Team Championship: Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins)

The Street Profits came up short in their attempt to capture the World Tag Team Championship from the Vision at Saturday Night’s Main Event

At the May 23 edition of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, The Vision’s Austin Theory and Logan Paul defeated Street Profits to retain the World Tag Team Championships.

Despite picking up the win, Paul suffered a serious torn triceps injury that has him on the sidelines “for months.” In his place, Bron Breakker has taken Paul’s spot as Theory’s partner as the World Tag Team Champions.

After being attacked with a steel chair by Theory, Angelo Dawkins made his return alongside Montez Ford on the June 15 edition of WWE Raw and fought off The Vision.

With a rematch now set for the June 22 Monday Night Raw, Street Profits could be about to start the latest reign as champions by beating Breakker and Theory in London, England.

WWE Women’s Championship: Charlotte Flair

Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair have faced off a number of times over their careers, most notably at WrestleMania 39

Since Rhea Ripley captured the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 42, she has entered a number of rivalries where she has been outnumbered.

Whether it be Jade Cargill, Michin & B-Fab or Fatal Influence, Rhea has called upon the help of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss to aid her over the past few months.

However, there is some tension between Charlotte and Rhea due to their shared history, with Charlotte being reluctant to team with Rhea against the groups.

With an inevitable clash between the two set to go down soon, Charlotte may end up being the one to dethrone Rhea when the time comes.

WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Oba Femi

Oba Femi advanced to the final of the King of the Ring Tournament following his victory over Dominik Mysterio on Raw

Coming out of WrestleMania 42, no one in WWE had more momentum than Oba Femi.

“The Ruler” defeated Brock Lesnar and seemingly led to him retiring as a result. Despite taking a loss to “The Beast” at WWE Clash In Italy 2026, Femi has continued his meteoric rise.

Now that he has advanced to the King of the Ring Finals, Femi is one win away from a shot at the world title of his choosing.

After calling him out after WrestleMania 42, Oba Femi should challenge Roman Reigns and potentially be the one to dethrone “The OTC” for the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE SummerSlam 2026.
