The wrestling world is still reeling from the loss of PAC, real name Benjamin Satterley, who passed away at 40 years old on Sunday, September 27.
“The Bastard” was a day one AEW original who signed with the company when it started in January 2019.

PAC vs. Orange Cassidy (AEW Revolution 2020)
When Orange Cassidy was first introduced, he was merely a character that would accompany Best Friends to the ring and display his lazy persona.
Ahead of his in-ring debut, Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta stated that Cassidy would finally try.
At AEW Revolution 2020, OC would have his first in-ring bout against PAC. On this night, the wrestling world was enamored on Cassidy’s ability and the reaction his act got from the red hot Chicago crowd.
Despite coming up short, Orange was put on the map thanks to the amazing chemistry with his opponent, PAC.
PAC vs. Darby Allin (AEW Fairway To Hell)
From one of his earliest matches to a 2026 entry, PAC challenged for the AEW World Title earlier this year.
At AEW Fairway To Hell, Darby Allin defended the AEW World Championship against PAC.
In what became one of the wildest encounters of Darby’s whirlwind title reign, the two men fought all over the unique arena that was on an indoor golf course.
The risks taken made this one of the most memorable AEW World Title matches of 2026.
PAC vs. Clark Connors vs. Miro vs. Malakai Black – AEW All Atlantic Championship (AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2022)
While he was unable to win the top prize in All Elite Wrestling, PAC has been a decorated star for the promotion.
“The Bastard” would make history at the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2022 event.
On that evening, PAC defeated Clark Connors, Miro and Malakai Black to become the inaugural AEW All Atlantic Champion.
This reign for PAC helped to establish the title that would become the AEW International Championship as one of the most prestigious in the company.
PAC vs. Will Ospreay (AEW All Out 2024)
By 2024, PAC was recognized as one of the best in-ring performers in the world today.
Someone else with that reputation was none other than Will Ospreay.
At AEW All Out 2024, Ospreay and PAC put on a stunning performance that arguably stole the show.
With their state-of-the-art high flying and innovation, Ospreay beat PAC in this jaw dropping encounter.
PAC vs. Kenny Omega – 30 Minute Iron Man Match (February 26, 2020 AEW Dynamite)
One of the earliest AEW rivals for PAC was “The Cleaner” Kenny Omega.
After trading wins in the first year of the company, PAC and Omega were set to meet in a 30-minute Iron Man Match.
On the February 26, 2020 episode of AEW Dynamite, PAC and Omega had an instant classic.
Still regarded as an all-timer in Dynamite history, it was Omega who beat PAC to close the book on this feud.
