On the road to WWE SummerSlam 2026, The Bloodline are once again the most dominant faction in the company.
Much of Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown has been focused on The Bloodline and their ongoing drama.
Whether it be in championship bouts or grudge matches, SummerSlam could center on what The Bloodline is doing over the two-night event.
Here are six potential plans for The Bloodline at WWE SummerSlam 2026.
6. Faction Warfare With The MFTs

Solo Sikoa has been trying to convince Jacob Fatu to join The MFTs
At WWE Clash In Italy 2026, Roman Reigns defeated Jacob Fatu in a Tribal Combat Match to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.
Following the match, The Usos came out to greet both Fatu and Reigns, while The MFTs appeared in the crowd to watch the aftermath.
Since then, Reigns has sent Fatu to send a message to Solo Sikoa to come home to The Bloodline, an offer he denied.
This could all lead to a faction war between The Bloodline and The MFTs at the WWE SummerSlam 2026 premium live event.
5. The Usos Rekindle Rivalry With Street Profits Over The World Tag Team Championship
The Usos closed the year of 2025 and came into 2026 as the WWE World Tag Team Champions.
After losing the titles to The Vision in March, Jimmy and Jey Uso have not gotten a rematch for the gold.
By the time SummerSlam 2026 swings around, Roman Reigns might want to see some championships around his cousins’’ waists.
The Usos rekindling their rivalry with the Street Profits over the WWE World Tag Team Titles would be interesting and might be a showstealer for the SummerSlam 2026 card.
4. Jey Uso Challenges Cody Rhodes For The Undisputed WWE Championship

Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso are former Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions together
Jey Uso is down to the final three in the King of the Ring tournament with the winner advancing to challenge for a world title at WWE SummerSlam 2026.
Following WWE Clash In Italy 2026, Roman Reigns sent Uso on a mission to bring the Undisputed WWE Championship to The Bloodline.
With Reigns holding the World Heavyweight Championship on WWE Raw, The Bloodline could greatly extend their dominance by having Jey win SmackDown’s top prize.
Uso challenging Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship would make for a compelling battle in the main event of SummerSlam 2026 this August.
3. Jacob Fatu Goes After The Intercontinental Championship For The Bloodline
After beating Drew McIntyre in an Unsanctioned Match at WrestleMania 42, Jacob Fatu set his sights on Roman Reigns’ World Heavyweight Championship.
However, Reigns defeated Fatu in a Tribal Combat Match to retain his title at the WWE Clash In Italy 2026 premium live event.
Due to this loss, Fatu had to acknowledge Reigns as his “Tribal Chief” and join The Bloodline.
Under the rule of Reigns, ‘The Samoan Werewolf’ could be set on his own mission of bringing the Intercontinental Championship against whoever the champion is at WWE SummerSlam 2026, whether it be Penta, Ethan Page or Chad Gable.
2. Roman Reigns vs. Oba Femi For The World Heavyweight Championship

Oba Femi called out Roman Reigns after WWE WrestleMania 42
On the June 15 episode of Monday Night Raw, Oba Femi defeated Dominik Mysterio in the King of the Ring semi-finals.
Thanks to this win, Femi will now move on to the final and will face either Jey Uso or Je’Von Evans at WWE Night of Champions 2026.
Considering his near perfect record since getting called up to the WWE main roster, it feels like Femi is the odds-on favorite to capture the King of the Ring crown and earn a shot at a world title on August 1 or 2.
Femi challenging Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship would make for a massive headliner for the WWE SummerSlam 2026 PLE and might be a crowning achievement for ‘The Ruler.’
1. Everyone From The Bloodline Holds Gold At The End Of SummerSlam 2026
After winning the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 42, Roman Reigns reunited with The Usos to reform The Bloodline.
Then at WWE Clash In Italy 2026, Reigns defeated Jacob Fatu in Tribal Combat to retain the title. Due to this loss, Fatu was forced to acknowledge ‘The OTC’ and join The Bloodline as well.
Now that the family is back together, Reigns should want to see every member of The Bloodline holding gold by the end of WWE SummerSlam 2026.
The closing scene of WWE SummerSlam 2026 could see everyone from The Bloodline holding a title, showcasing their dominance over the company in a significant way.
