WWE Extreme Rules 2018 Preview

Deleters of Worlds vs. The B-Team – Raw Tag Team Championships

What a strange feud.

Based on the B-Team finally winning a match and then impersonating Matt and Bray, everyone has stopped caring very quickly about the adorable post-match celebrations from the challengers.

Going unbeaten since the middle of May, an unusual feat in WWE, Dallas and Axel do have momentum, but they’re just not believable champions…yet.

Feel free to prove me wrong, because I always want to be proved wrong, but this feels like another “Vince doesn’t care about tag teams on Raw” situation and this match has been thrown together without much care or attention.

Despite all this, the B-Team has my vote to win and then drop the belts immediately on Raw.

Prediction – The B-Team

The Bludgeon Brothers vs. Team Hell No – SmackDown Tag Team Championships

The reforming of Team Hell No has been one of the highlights of WWE TV in the past few months. What came as a genuine shock to everyone has once again become a source of delight. Kane and Bryan, unlike two other of Dr. Shelby’s patients, have genuine on-screen chemistry and comedy timing, and it’s a joy to watch.

Having said that, it does feel a bit like a flash in the pan and simply a way to keep Bryan in the spotlight while not in any main singles title pictures.

For another thing, Kane – or Glenn Jacobs – surely can’t take that much time out of politics, which means his latest run would almost certainly have a limited shelf life.

Because of this, you would assume that the Bludgeon Brothers will retain, or that Hell No will win but drop the belts soon after.

I’m going to go with the former of these two options, just because I don’t want to see the belts become transitional.

Prediction – Bludgeon Brothers
