On Saturday, October 31, WWE will hold this year’s NXT Halloween Havoc premium live event.
From Seattle, Washington, there should be some intriguing bouts on this card.
Considering the current title scenes and ongoing feuds, Halloween Havoc has the chance to be one of the most memorable PLEs of the year for the NXT brand.
Here are eight potential matches to be added to WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2026.
NXT Women’s Championship: Kelani Jordan (c) vs. La Catalina
On the September 15 edition of WWE NXT, Kelani Jordan was confronted by AAA Reina de Reinas Champion La Catalina.
“La Diva del Ring” made it clear that she was here to take the NXT women’s division to the next level.
After winning the Reina de Reinas Title, Catalina could be in NXT looking for more gold.
Challenging Kelani Jordan, Catalina can make a major splash in WWE by winning the NXT Women’s Championship at the upcoming Halloween Havoc event.
NXT Women’s North American Championship: ZARIA (c) vs. Thea Hail vs. Izzi Dame
On the September 8 episode of WWE NXT, ZARIA looked to brag about her huge win at Heatwave 2026.
Becoming a double champion as NXT Women’s North American and WWE Speed Women’s Champion, ZARIA retired the Speed Title following the event.
However, both Thea Hail and Izzi Dame stepped up to be the next challengers for ZARIA’s Women’s North American Title.
Following their recent interactions, ZARIA might go on to defend her title against Hail and Dame in a triple threat match at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2026.
Saquon Shugars vs. Tristan Angels
Saquon Shugars has been focused on winning championship gold in recent weeks.
Following the conclusion of his rivalry with DarkState, Shugars entered his name in the NXT Championship mix.
Then on the September 15 WWE NXT, Shugars battled Tony D’Angelo and Mason Rook in a NXT Championship number one contender’s match that saw Tristan Angel cost Saquon the match.
Shugars going on to have a grudge match with Angels seems to be the direction for NXT Halloween Havoc this year.
Birthright (Lexis King, Charlie Dempsey & Uriah Connors) vs. Zilla Fatu, Sean Legacy and Dorian Van Dux
Following his NXT debut, Zilla Fatu became the newest hot commodity on the brand.
It didn’t take long before Birthright tried to bring Fatu into their faction, but Zilla said no.
This led to Birthright jumping Fatu in a beatdown that ended with Zilla going through the commentary table on the September 8 episode of NXT.
After drawing the ire of Sean Legacy and Dorian Van Dux, this should set up a six-man tag team match for Birthright against the Zilla Fatu-led team at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2026.
Cruz Montana vs. Keanu Carver
On the September 8 WWE NXT, Mason Rook, Tony D’Angelo and Saquon Shugars defeated EK Prosper, Keanu Carver and Cruz Montana.
Thanks to this win, Rook, D’Angelo and Shugars moving on to a three-way number one contender’s match the week following.
The loss came as a result of the differences and miscommunication between Montana and Carver.
After going at it and costing each other, Montana facing Carver in a grudge match could be a highlight of the WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2026 premium live event.
Myles Borne vs. Tavion Heights (Spin The Wheel, Make A Deal)
The drama between Myles Borne and Tavion Heights has been a significant focus on WWE NXT.
At WWE NXT Heatwave 2026, Heights and Borne dropped the NXT Tag Team Championships. This led to Borne turning on Heights post match.
After feigning regret and a public apology, Borne once again brutally attacked Heights, ending with him crushing Tavion’s ankle with a steel chair.
While he will be out of action for a while, Heights should come back soon to set up a potential “Spin The Wheel, Make A Deal” match against Borne at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc on October 31.
Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Finals: The Vanity Project vs. The Creed Brothers
On the September 15 edition of WWE NXT, the brand announced the return of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.
Kicking off on the September 22 NXT, it should be interesting who will be the winner.
It was revealed that 14 teams will be part of this tournament with The Vanity Project being one of two duos with AAA World Tag Team Champions The Wagner Brothers, who get a bye in the first round.
That should lead to Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes making it to the finals where they could face off with former 2022 Dusty Classic winners The Creed Brothers in Seattle.
NXT Championship: Grayson Waller (c) vs. Mason Rook
Since arriving on WWE NXT in April, Mason Rook has a bulldozer running through anyone in front of him.
On the September 15 episode of NXT, Rook defeated Tony D’Angelo and Saquon Shugars to become the number one contender for the NXT Championship.
While WWE has not announced when this bout will happen, it feels like a nice way to present Rook as a main eventer on the brand.
Rook challenging Grayson Waller for the NXT Championship could make for a compelling headliner for Halloween Havoc 2026 next month.
