AEW’s Adam Cole Slams Body Shaming Criticism AEW

AEW’s Adam Cole has taken issue with a body-shaming message sent to him online, making his feelings quite clear.

Adam Cole last wrestled at AEW All Out in September 2023, teaming with MJF to take on The Dark Order (Alex Reynolds & John Silver) for Better Than You Bay Bay’s ROH World Tag Team Championship.

He has been out of action with an ankle injury since then, though has gone on to form the Undisputed Kingdom and has the new All Elite Arcade podcast coming soon.

After sharing a GIF on Twitter, a follower took the time to reply to the tweet with the message:

“Go to the gym versus this pointless gif. Should’ve stayed in WWE but you get what you deserve but seriously go to the gym once in awhile.”

Cole would see the tweet and responded with a message of his own that read:

“My friend…I really mean this. I have never worked harder to get back into the ring than right now.

“I promise you & the world that I am doing all that I can. And when I do get back into the ring…eat me. 🖕”

A number of Cole’s followers would share their support for the former NXT Triple Crown Champion.

Speaking on the subject of Undisputed Kingdom, Roderick Strong shared his belief that he had “100% confidence” that the plan was going to work.
