Chris Jericho has addressed the “lies” he saw in a cutscene posted to social media from the AEW: Fight Forever video game.
The video game was released on June 29 2023 and is available on current and past generation game consoles and Windows.
Brent Ross shared a screenshot of his game on Twitter with the caption:
“#AEWFightForever @thunderrosa22 pushing @IAmJericho in the gym.”
Chris Jericho would see the screenshot and notice one clear lie in what was being seen on screen.
In a reply to Ross’ tweet, Jericho said:
“Such lies! I would never ever wear a #Toronto shirt….@aew”
AEW: Fight Forever was developed by Yuke’s and published by THQ Nordic.
Kenny Omega has previously addressed criticism of the game after claims that the post-release game “needs A LOT OF WORK”.
A 30-man Stadium Stampede battle royale mode was recently added to the game as part of a schedule of updates and DLC.
