Kenny Omega Match Announced For AEW Dynamite 200, Omega Jokingly Reacts

This Wednesday sees AEW Dynamite reach its 200th episode and Kenny Omega has mocked his opponents in the trios match.

The match will see The Elite (Omega & The Young Bucks) taking on Jeff Jarrett, Jay Lethal and Satnam Singh.

Kenny Omega has reacted with mockery towards his opponents, drawing on his lengthy background with all three men.

Responding to Tony Khan’s tweet that publicized the upcoming match, Omega said:

“Jay: You beat me in JAPW 16 years ago. It’ll never happen again.

“JJ: I was happy when AJ kicked your ass outta the Bullet Club

“Satnam: you couldn’t sink even 1 3 pointer at the charity event. I ain’t scared.”

The Elite was last in action in the AEW: Blood and Guts match on July 19, 2023.

In that match, The Golden Elite (Adam Page, Kenny Omega, Kota Ibushi, and the Young Bucks) defeated Blackpool Combat Club (Claudio Castagnoli, Jon Moxley & Wheeler Yuta), Konosuke Takeshita & PAC.

The Elite’s AEW contracts are reportedly being negotiated this year, with WWE also having interest.

It was recently reported that the “prevailing belief” is that Kenny Omega, Hangman Adam Page and The Young Bucks would stay with AEW.
