New AEW Star Comments After Signing With The Company AEW

Former Goddess of Stardom Champion Mariah May has reacted to being signed to AEW after the November 8, 2023 episode of Dynamite.

As recently reported, May appeared on AEW Dynamite and set her sights on ‘Timeless’ Toni Storm, noting their shared history in Japan.

Now known to AEW fans as ‘The Glamour’ Mariah May, the new star has commented on her signing, tweeting:

“Congrats, you pulled the ace 👸🏼 #AEWDynamite”

Rossy Ogawa, founder and executive producer of World Wonder Ring Stardom, would also send a message to May, writing (with translation by Google):

“Mariah May will be competing in AEW. I think he noticed it because he appeared on Stardom…but the world through Stardom seems to be very complicated.

“Well, it turns out that our perspective was correct. I want you to do your best.”

Mariah May would retweet this message, thanking Ogawa for his words.

May was ranked no. 95 in the PWI Women’s 250 for 2023 and made her Stardom debut in December 2022 at Stardom Dream Queendom 2.

Changes to several upcoming AEW shows have been confirmed as the taping schedule for AEW programming varies this week from the usual.

Also on last night’s Dynamite, a tag team match was set for AEW Full Gear featuring The Golden Jets vs Young Bucks.
