Another AEW women’s star has seemingly undergone a name change.
It was revealed during this week’s AEW Dark show that Anna Jay was now going by the name ‘Anna Jay.A.S’ following her alliance with the Jericho Appreciation Society back at Blood and Guts.
Anna joined up with her old best friend Tay Conti, who may now have also undergone a name change of her own.
Tay and Sammy Guevara tied the knot this past weekend, with the two now set to defend their AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship on this week’s Rampage against the duo of Dante Martin and Skye Blue.
However, rather than being advertised as Tay Conti, she was instead listed under her real name ‘Tay Melo’, seemingly revealing that will be the name she uses going forward on AEW TV.
If you’re in the UK but didn’t manage to get tickets to Clash at the Castle on September 3, WrestleTalk is hosting a watch party at The Joiner on Worship in Shoreditch, London, and we’d love for you to join us! Click here for more details.
