With Lyra Valkyria turning heel on Bayley, and Maxxine Dupri giving her former mentor Chad Gable the cold shoulder on WWE Raw, Becky Lynch had a lot to say.

The June 22 episode of WWE Raw saw Lyra Valkyria team with Bayley in a losing effort against the Women’s Tag Team Champions, Paige and Brie Bella.

Valkyria wouldn’t take kindly to the loss, despite Bayley’s best efforts to calm the situation, as she attacked her tag team partner after the match.

Having had her own issues with Valkyria in the past, Lynch took to Twitter to share her thoughts on “LOONEY LYRA”, posting:

“LOONEY LOSER LYRA HAS SNAPPED!! All because she LOST! What did she expect?! I TRIED to warn her that BASIC Bayley would hold her back but she DIDN’T listen!!! ! I WAS RIGHT ABOUT EVERYTHING!!!!! #beckywasrightabouteverything”

Further establishing her “Becky was right about everything” perspective, Lynch would repost historic tweets where she had called out the star, including one accusing the star of trading Topps WWE cards for fan support.

Having feuded for the Women’s Intercontinental Champion previously, Lynch would also share an old tweet in which she revealed the value of the title now that it was back in her hands, once more proving that “Becky was right about everything”.

Valkyria wasn’t the only member of the WWE Raw roster to see attention from Lynch, with Maxxine Dupri rejecting Chad Gable’s apology to his former Alpha Academy teammates. While Dupri and Tozawa may have walked away from Gable, Otis was seemingly reluctant, with the former El Grande Americano sharing his thoughts on social media.

Becky Lynch would take exception to Dupri’s treatment of Gable, sharing her own thoughts in a post on Twitter that reads:

“Not only is Maxxine DUDUPEE extremely MOODY and a HORRIBLE person, she’s also a LIAR!!! She never won MY IC title! THERE WAS ILLEGAL INTERFERENCE!!!! NO MANAGERS LICENSE!!! #beckywasrightabouteverything”

Dupri won the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship in November of last year, although Becky Lynch would claim the star to be a “(fake) IC Champion“.

Lynch wasn’t done with Valkyria, however, going on to address the outcome of the tag team match, tweeting:

“I’M GLAD LOONEY LYRA LOST!!!! #beckywasrightabouteverything”

In the wake of WWE Raw and all that went on, Lynch has also reached out to Busted Open Radio, demanding an apology from Sam Roberts and David LaGreca for “BIASED wrestling news media issues.”

The Becky Lynch Midas Touch

A three-time WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion, Becky Lynch has seen three other champions locked into her orbit since the titles inception, despite not being the inaugural champion.

Returning at WrestleMania 41 last year, Lynch would team with Lyra Valkyria, becoming WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion only to betray her teammate the following night, leading to a feud for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.

Arguably, placing Lynch into a program with Valkryia elevated the young star who had held the Women’s Intercontinental Championship since January 2025. Engaging in a feud with a storied star the caliber of Lynch could be seen as enhancing Valkyria’s status as a star in her own right.

The same is very much true of Lynch’s feud with Maxxine Dupri, although Valkyria had been a wrestling star long before signing with WWE. Coming from a non-wrestling background, Dupri’s initial foray into WWE saw her as a manager, only to step into the ring for the first time in July 2023. As a singles competitor, Dupri would score victories over Valhalla in her second ever match, followed by a win over Rhea Ripley later that year.

More matches would follow, but it could be argued that her feud with Lynch, with the veteran star casting doubt on her abilities and accusing all and sundry of corruption, elevated her to new heights, particularly after the title win in November of last year. Dupri would eventually lose the title back to Lynch on the January 5 episode of Raw this year.

Both stars have benefited from the relationship with Becky Lynch, and Sol Ruca could very well have experienced the same, having won the title at Clash in Italy. Whether the Midas touch continues into the future remains to be seen.
