Chris Jericho Discusses Backstage Atmosphere At AEW All In AEW

AEW is less than two weeks removed from it’s biggest show in history, All In London at Wembley Stadium.

The show was not only the biggest in the history of All Elite Wrestling, but also the highest paid attendance for any event in wrestling history with over 81,000 paid attendance.

With a show that big, there will obviously be a different vibe backstage at the show, and Chris Jericho has discussed that environment backstage at Wembley.

Speaking on his Talk Is Jericho podcast, he said:

“Any time you have a big show like that, there’s a certain vibe to it. Everyone knows that it’s not just another show. We had a big team meeting on Zoom to discuss, kind of, the protocols and that sort of thing. At the end of the meeting, I just told everybody ‘Just enjoy this. This is not something that happens every day. It might never happen again.’

“Once again, the biggest wrestling show of all time. Think about that; I’ve been doing this for 33 years, and I’m having my biggest show ever on this day? After thousands and thousands of matches? Just a really cool vibe and a really cool moment.”

Jericho faced off against Will Ospreay on the show in a match that Jericho himself called ‘one of the matches of the night’.
