The CM Punk and AEW saga appears to finally be over after he made his return on last week’s debut episode of AEW Collision.
Punk’s saga with the company had been going on for nine months, with him originally positioned prominently on the cover of the AEW: Fight Forever video game, before being removed during his time away.
Despite being removed from the cover, Punk still features in the game, and AEW Games have now shared a ‘character spotlight’ for Punk.
The 30 second video shows Punk making his entrance, as well as clips of a match between himself and Darby Allin, ending with him hitting a GTS on Darby.

There has also been a first look at the Exploding Barbed Wire Deathmatch featured in the game, which you can see here.
References to several top WWE stars, such as Roman Reigns and AJ Styles, are featured in the game’s creation suite.
