Tiffany Stratton became the new NXT Women’s Champion back at NXT Battleground, when she defeated Lyra Valkyria in the finals of a tournament to crown the new champion.
Tiffany’s first number one contender was crowned on this week’s episode of NXT, with Thea Hail winning the main event Battle Royal to determine her challenger.
While Thea may be the new challenger, Tiffany made her first defence of the NXT Women’s Championship at last night’s NXT Live Event in Dade City, Florida.
Tiffany defended the title in a Battleground rematch against Lyra Valkyria in the show’s main event.
