Legendary Tag-Team To Reunite For Upcoming Match

A legendary WWE tag-team is set to reunite, with the Rock N Roll Express set to wrestle at an upcoming event.

Robert Gibson & Ricky Morton will once again team up at GCW Joey Janela’s Spring Break 8 on April 5.

The duo will team with Ricky’s son Kerry Morton to face off against Mike Bailey, Jordan Oliver and Nick Wayne.

Ricky Morton has taken to Twitter to comment on the upcoming match, writing:

Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson last teamed together in October 2023 following their brief reunion last year.

They haven’t wrestled together at a GCW show since Rock-N-Roll Forever in July 2022.

Ricky Morton had previously announced in 2022 that the duo would be having a farewell tour so that he could focus on training his son Kerry, and working behind the scenes.

Kerry Morton often wrestles for NWA and GCW. He has more recently competed for GCW, notably losing to Joey Janela in the first round of the Jersey J-Cup 2024 on Friday (February 9).

Joey Janela’s Spring Break 8 will take place on April 5, as part of GCW’s ‘The Collective’ brand of WrestleMania week shows.
