Matt Jackson Teases Kenny Omega AEW Return On Being The Elite

Matt Jackson of The Young Bucks has teased the AEW return of Kenny Omega on Being The Elite.

On the August 10 Quake By The Lake edition of Dynamite, The Young Bucks thanked and apologized to Hangman Adam Page before attempting to ask him to be their partner in the AEW World Trios Championship Tournament.

Page turned down The Bucks and told his former friends that they should choose a partner who hasn’t turned their back on them.

Many fans have speculated who Matt and Nick Jackson’s tag team partner would be for the tournament since then, which of course won’t be Brandon Cutler.

On the latest edition of Being The Elite, the biggest hint on who it will be was given with Matt Jackson received a phone call from an unknown person.

The viewers only heard Jackson’s end of the conversation with Matt saying:

“Okay

But are you sure?

You’re sure you’re ready?”

This has made many fans believe that this was all but an indication that Kenny Omega will be returning to reunite with his friends in the Trios Tournament on the August 17 episode of AEW Dynamite.

Omega hasn’t been seen on All Elite Wrestling television since November 2021 when he made a brief appearance on the Dynamite following his AEW World Title loss to Hangman Page at Full Gear.
