More WWE SummerSlam Battle Royal Participants Announced

Ahead of his match against Sheamus on tonight’s WWE SmackDown, LA Knight kicked off the show much to the delight of Detroit.

LA Knight addressed the crowd to discuss tomorrow night’s SummerSlam Battle Royal.

The graphic shown on screen by LA Knight featuring more participants than have been previously announced.

On the graphic and official for the match are Knight, Sheamus, Karrion Kross, AJ Styles, Matt Riddle, Shinsuke Nakamura, Santos Escobar, Grayson Waller and The Miz.

According to LA Knight, the battle royal presented by Slim Jim will have 25 participants, leaving 16 more as unconfirmed thus far.

Appearing at ringside during the Knight vs Sheamus match, we got a chance to see Kross (with Scarlett) Waller, Escobar, Styles (with Michin) and The Miz after they were featured on the match graphic.

Nakamura and Riddle weren’t present, but Butch and Ridge Holland, who weren’t confirmed for the battle royal, were there in Sheamus’ corner.

With anticipated scuffles breaking out at ringside by the match’s end, it was LA Knight who picked up the official victory before in the end being chased off by Grayson Waller and Karrion Kross, vowing to see him tomorrow at SummerSlam.
