The National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) has lost another big name, but this one is a behind-the-scenes loss as opposed to a wrestler.
Maureen Tracy, the NWA’s Director of Operations, has announced that December 1 (today) is her last day with the company.
Yesterday, she tweeted:
Tomorrow is my last day with NWA. I am so thankful for all of the amazing people I got to meet. I am also thankful for how challenging this position was, personally & professionally, as it allowed me to grow & be a better me. Now it’s onwards & upwards to the next adventure!
The company has lost a number of big names this past year, such as Ricky Starks and Thunder Rosa. Both Starks and Rosa, as well as a number of other stars and personnel who had worked with Tracy, praised her for her work after the announcement, which speaks to her importance within the company.
The NWA did recently announce that its ‘Shockwave’ show will be debuting tonight on YouTube at 6pm ET, with Nick Aldis defending the World Title against Mike Bennett
