A top NXT star has made his main roster debut on WWE Raw after WrestleMania tonight in Philadelphia (April 8).
Making his WWE Raw debut tonight, an NXT Champion who successfully retained at Stand & Deliver on Saturday.
After Shinsuke Nakamura made an entrance, his opponent was revealed to be none other than NXT World Champion Ilja Dragunov.
The pair had a competitive match in which the NXT champ pulled off the victory over Shinsuke Nakamura in his main roster debut.
Ilja Dragunov was able to retain his NXT Championship on Saturday at NXT Stand & Deliver against Tony D’Angelo.
In related news, on commentary Michael Cole confirmed the dates of the upcoming WWE Draft.
On April 26 on SmackDown and April 29 on Raw, the draft will confirm which brands will get which wrestlers.
Ilja Dragunov has declared entry into the draft upon tonight’s appearance.
