Roman Reigns Future WWE Title Challenger Revealed?

Roman Reigns Future WWE Title Challenger Revealed? WWE

A future challenger for Roman Reigns’ WWE Undisputed Universal Championship has potentially been revealed, with an absent star teasing a huge rematch.

Reigns has been champion for almost 1200 days, with the Tribal Chief initially winning the Universal Title in a three-way bout against Braun Strowman and the late Bray Wyatt at WWE Payback 2020.

Speaking on Sportskeeda’s WrestleBinge, Braun Strowman revealed that he isn’t finished with Reigns yet.

Calling Reigns his arch-nemesis, Strowman said:

“I’m never finished with Roman Reigns. He is my arch nemesis and my greatest rivalry of my career.

“Hopefully one of these days I’ll get back in there and get these hands on The Tribal Chief.”

Reigns and Strowman have been at odds since Strowman’s main roster WWE debut, with the Monster Among Men first helping the Wyatt Family to destroy the Shield in August 2015.

The two stars had a singles rivalry in 2017, which featured many notable moments, including Strowman flipping an ambulance with Reigns inside.

The rivals most recently faced off on the October 16, 2020 edition of SmackDown, with Reigns choking Strowman out to retain his Universal Title.

Strowman is currently out of action, recovering from surgery to deal with a serious neck injury.

The former Universal Champion has shared his honest thoughts on the return of CM Punk, which you can read more about right here.

Reigns will make his WWE TV return on this Friday’s (December 15) edition of SmackDown.

Jimmy Uso has shared a message ahead of the Tribal Chief’s comeback.
