Another Scrapped Kenny Omega AEW All In Match Revealed AEW

Another scrapped AEW All In match featuring Kenny Omega has been revealed.

At AEW All In London, Konosuke Takeshita, Jay White and Juice Robinson defeated Golden Elite’s Kenny Omega, Hangman Adam Page and Kota Ibushi.

This came after much debate regarding the match since Omega is one of the top stars in the promotion and a former AEW World Champion, so many fans believed he should have a singles match.

Omega will now face Takeshita in a singles match on this Sunday’s AEW All Out card.

During the AEW All Out media call, AEW President Tony Khan discussed the bout and revealed that he considered putting it on the AEW All In London show from Wembley Stadium.

Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp wrote the following about what Khan said:

“Tony Khan says that he’s very excited for Konosuke Takeshita and Kenny Omega at AEW All Out, and says it’s a very important match to AEW. Kenny Omega has been telling Tony Khan about Takeshita for years.

Tony had discussed doing this match at AEW All In.”

Takeshita will be accompanied to the ring by Kenny Omega’s former mentor Don Callis for their showdown this Sunday.

Also announced for the pay-per-view, Orange Cassidy will defend the AEW International Championship against Jon Moxley, and AEW World Tag Team Champions FTR will team with The Young Bucks to face Bullet Club Gold in an eight-man tag team match.
