Sheamus returned to WWE after nine months out with a neck injury on the 01/03 episode of Friday Night SmackDown. In his first appearance in a WWE ring since April, Sheamus attacked Shorty G.
On last week’s show, Sheamus appeared in another backstage promo, and fans are still waiting to see the former WWE Champion have a match.
On the first episode of his new YouTube show, Alex McCarthy from talkSPORT has confirmed that Sheamus will return to in-ring competition tonight at the BT Sport launch party in London.
He also revealed that NXT UK will put on a match or two at the party in London. Stay tuned to WrestleTalk.com for the results of those matches.

While it is great to see that WWE is really taking this BT Sport partnership seriously, I’m not too sure how I feel about Sheamus making his long-awaited WWE in-ring return at a non-televised event.
Regardless, it is clear that WWE is taking the partnership with BT Sport far more seriously than their previous deal with Sky, so we should be in for an exciting 2020 in the UK.
