Tony Khan: ‘Vince McMahon Has Allegedly Used His Power & Influence To Shoot A Lot Of Shots’ AEW/WWE

After the head-to-head between WWE NXT and AEW Dynamite this week, Tony Khan has once again commented on social media about Vince McMahon.

In the day before the head-to-head took place, Khan, alongside promoting Dynamite on Twitter, had aimed comments at McMahon, as well as Triple H and Shawn Michaels.

Firstly, he’d responded to a fan who said they wouldn’t be watching Dynamite by replying to that fan with a GIF of Roderick Strong asking “Who gives a f**k?”.

Another fan responded to Khan’s GIF, tweeting:

If Sir Vince McMahon said this, there would be many failed AEW fans crying non-stop and furious. 😭😭😭 #Hypocrites

And Khan responded to that by replying:

If Sir Vince McMahon said this, it would be the least of his alleged misdeeds. #AEWTitleTuesday on TBS Tuesday #AEWDynamite Tonight!

Then, in a separate post, he reacted to a report from Haus of Wrestling that stated Triple H and Shawn Michaels were looking to “send Tony Khan a message” that night by replying with an image of the words “Bald Asshole”.

Now that the head-to-head has taken place and the ratings have come out – NXT scoring 921,000 viewers and 0.30 in the 18-49 demo with Dynamite scoring 609,000 and 0.26 – Khan took to Twitter once again.

A fan had commented that “taking cheap shots at Vince McMahon won’t get you the ratings”, while another fan sarcastically replied “yeah because vince has NEVER taken a cheap shot at the competition before”.

Another then commented:

“The difference is that Vince has the power and influence to take them cheap shots. He’s earned the right to make them. Tony Khan is Vince if you order him from Temu. You can “shop like a billionaire” but you’ll get the cheapest tat doing so!”

This was the comment that Khan responded to, as he wrote:

“Yes. Vince has allegedly used his power and influence to shoot a lot of shots.”

Before the ratings came out, Khan had also tweeted his belief that the shows had proven why Shawn Michaels would not win ‘Booker of the Year’ this year.

None of WWE, NXT, McMahon, Michaels or Triple H have publicly commented on Khan, AEW, or the ratings.
