Will Ospreay Makes Surprise In-Ring Appearance At Independent Event One Night Before AEW All In London 2026

Will Ospreay made a surprise in-ring appearance at a notable independent event, just one day before AEW All In London at Wembley Stadium.

Ospreay is set to headline All In London, with the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament winner to challenge for Kenny Omega’s AEW World Championship in his home country.

Less than 24 hours before All In kicking off, Will Ospreay stepped into the ring at Revolution Pro Wrestling’s event in the OVO Wembley Arena.

During the RevPro 14 Year Anniversary Show, Ospreay was revealed to be the mystery tag partner of CPF, the group consisting of Callum Newman, Joe Lando, Maverick Mayhew and Danny Black.

This team was ultimately victorious, defeating Kieron Lacey, Mark Trew, Sha Samuels, Will Kaven and Ricky Knight Jr.

This match was notable for seeing Ospreay team with Callum Newman, following recent friction between the AEW and NJPW stars.

While Newman previously brought the United Empire to AEW to side with Ospreay in April, and Ospreay visiting NJPW to support his former faction, Newman has publicly criticized Ospreay for his previous allegiance to the Death Riders.

Newman previously teased returning to AEW to face off against Ospreay and Jon Moxley, ahead of Ospreay distancing himself from the Death Riders earlier this year.

Will Ospreay recently reacted to his former United Empire faction-mate Jeff Cobb returning to NJPW and attacking Callum Newman, stating that Newman had a “big problem” on his hands. 

With Cobb set to face Newman at the September 27 Destruction in Kobe special, the returning star stated that he attacked his former tag-team partner because Newman’s “attitude needs checking.”

Even prior to Ospreay’s RevPro appearance, there had been some speculation that Callum Newman could appear at All In London to either help or hinder his former mentor during the highly anticipated AEW World Championship match.

It will be interesting to see how this AEW World Championship match plays out, given that it’s taking place in the challenger’s home country. With the location, fans in the arena will likely be very much behind Ospreay, with many fans predicting that the closing image of the show will be Ospreay holding the gold above his head.
